God wants feisty followers who aren’t afraid to wrestle with Him and wrestle out loud with our faith and doubts.

There is a striking similarity between Solomon’s wisdom and AI. Both are thought to be the greatest wisdom/knowledge in the world, the greatest knowledge of the world.

But it’s a field of wheat with some weeds, not a field of weeds with some wheat.

Any farmer worth his salt, would say that he was careless, sloppy, even dumb, sowing as he did. That’s just not the way any competent farmer would sow seed.

And just like you can’t just decide to like some food that you can’t stand, you can’t just decide to like what God likes.

Is the product of human sex to be sacrificed to the whims of a vengeful god? Or is the product of human sex to be highly valued, cared for—to be sanctified.

The moral of the story is that Christ put a final end to human sacrifice by replacing the religion of revenge with the religion of love.
