The Way of the Righteous and the End of the Ungodly<\/span><\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

1 <\/span>Blessed is<\/i> the man<\/span><\/span>
\nWho walks not in the counsel of the ungodly,<\/span>
\nNor stands in the path of sinners,<\/span>
\nNor sits in the seat of the scornful;<\/span>
\n2 <\/sup>But his delight is<\/i> in the law of the Lord<\/span>,<\/span>
\nAnd in His law he meditates day and night.<\/span>
\n3 <\/sup>He shall be like a tree<\/span>
\nPlanted by the rivers of water,<\/span>
\nThat brings forth its fruit in its season,<\/span>
\nWhose leaf also shall not wither;<\/span>
\nAnd whatever he does shall prosper.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

4 <\/sup>The ungodly are<\/i> not so,<\/span>
\nBut are<\/i> like the chaff which the wind drives away.<\/span>
\n5 <\/sup>Therefore the ungodly shall not stand in the judgment,<\/span>
\nNor sinners in the congregation of the righteous.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

6 <\/sup>For the Lord<\/span> knows the way of the righteous,<\/span>
\nBut the way of the ungodly shall perish.<\/span><\/p>\n
