Jeremiah 15:11-21  (English Standard Version)<\/span><\/strong><\/em><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

11 <\/sup>The Lord<\/span> said, \u201cHave I not set you free for their good? Have I not pleaded for you before the enemy in the time of trouble and in the time of distress?<\/span> 12 <\/sup>Can one break iron, iron from the north, and bronze?<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n

13 <\/sup>\u201cYour wealth and your treasures I will give as spoil, without price, for all your sins, throughout all your territory.<\/span> 14 <\/sup>I will make you serve your enemies in a land that you do not know, for in my anger a fire is kindled that shall burn forever.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n

19 <\/sup>And we have the prophetic word more fully confirmed, to which you will do well to pay attention as to a lamp shining in a dark place, until the day dawns and the morning star rises in your hearts,<\/span> 20 <\/sup>knowing this first of all, that no prophecy of Scripture comes from someone’s own interpretation.<\/span> 21 <\/sup>For no prophecy was ever produced by the will of man, but men spoke from God as they were carried along by the Holy Spirit.<\/span><\/p>\n
