Malachi 3:1-7A  (New King James Version)<\/strong><\/em><\/span><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

The Coming Messenger<\/span><\/em><\/h3>\n\n\n\n
\n

3 <\/span>\u201cBehold, I send My messenger,<\/span><\/span>
\nAnd he will prepare the way before Me.<\/span>
\nAnd the Lord, whom you seek,<\/span>
\nWill suddenly come to His temple,<\/span>
\nEven the Messenger of the covenant,<\/span>
\nIn whom you delight.<\/span>
\nBehold, He is coming,\u201d<\/span>
\nSays the Lord<\/span> of hosts.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

2 <\/sup>\u201cBut who can endure the day of His coming?<\/span>
\nAnd who can stand when He appears?<\/span>
\nFor He is<\/i> like a refiner\u2019s fire<\/span>
\nAnd like launderers\u2019 soap.<\/span>
\n3 <\/sup>He will sit as a refiner and a purifier of silver;<\/span>
\nHe will purify the sons of Levi,<\/span>
\nAnd purge them as gold and silver,<\/span>
\nThat they may offer to the Lord<\/span><\/span>
\nAn offering in righteousness.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

4 <\/sup>\u201cThen the offering of Judah and Jerusalem<\/span>
\nWill be pleasant to the Lord<\/span>,<\/span>
\nAs in the days of old,<\/span>
\nAs in former years.<\/span>
\n5 <\/sup>And I will come near you for judgment;<\/span>
\nI will be a swift witness<\/span>
\nAgainst sorcerers,<\/span>
\nAgainst adulterers,<\/span>
\nAgainst perjurers,<\/span>
\nAgainst those who exploit wage earners and widows and orphans,<\/span>
\nAnd against those who turn away an alien\u2014<\/span>
\nBecause they do not fear Me,\u201d<\/span>
\nSays the Lord<\/span> of hosts.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

6 <\/sup>\u201cFor I am<\/i> the Lord<\/span>, I do not change;<\/span>
\nTherefore you are not consumed, O sons of Jacob.<\/span>
\n7 <\/sup>Yet from the days of your fathers<\/span>
\nYou have gone away from My ordinances<\/span>
\nAnd have not kept them<\/i>.<\/span>
\nReturn to Me, and I will return to you,\u201d<\/span>

7 <\/sup>Remember those who rule over you, who have spoken the word of God to you, whose faith follow, considering the outcome of their<\/i> conduct.<\/span>8 <\/sup>Jesus Christ is<\/i> the same yesterday, today, and forever. <\/span>9 <\/sup>Do not be carried about with various and strange doctrines. For it is<\/i> good that the heart be established by grace, not with foods which have not profited those who have been occupied with them.<\/span><\/p>\n
