{"id":2199,"date":"2016-04-09T05:36:21","date_gmt":"2016-04-09T05:36:21","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/stpaulsmarietta.org\/?p=2199"},"modified":"2026-02-28T21:57:39","modified_gmt":"2026-02-28T21:57:39","slug":"worship-april-10-2016-3rd-sunday-of-easter","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/stpaulsmarietta.org\/?p=2199","title":{"rendered":"Worship &#8211; April 10, 2016 &#8211; 3rd Sunday of Easter"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span style=\"color: #ff9900\"><em><strong>&#8220;Adequate Supply&#8221;<\/strong><\/em><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image aligncenter\"><a href=\"https:\/\/stpaulsmarietta.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/04\/Belief-Shown-Through-Bonds.jpg\" rel=\"attachment wp-att-2201\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/stpaulsmarietta.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/04\/Belief-Shown-Through-Bonds.jpg\" alt=\"Belief Shown Through Bonds\" class=\"wp-image-2201\" \/><\/a><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span style=\"color: #ff9900\"><em><strong>Philippians 1:12-19 &nbsp;(New King James Version)<\/strong><\/em><\/span><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><em><span id=\"en-NKJV-29374\" class=\"text Phil-1-12\">Christ Is Preached<\/span><\/em><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><span class=\"text Phil-1-12\"><sup class=\"versenum\">12&nbsp;<\/sup>But I want you to know, brethren, that the things <i>which happened<\/i> to me have actually turned out for the furtherance of the gospel, <\/span><span id=\"en-NKJV-29375\" class=\"text Phil-1-13\"><sup class=\"versenum\">13&nbsp;<\/sup>so that it has become evident to the whole palace guard, and to all the rest, that my chains are in Christ; <\/span><span id=\"en-NKJV-29376\" class=\"text Phil-1-14\"><sup class=\"versenum\">14&nbsp;<\/sup>and most of the brethren in the Lord, having become confident by my chains, are much more bold to speak the word without fear.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><span id=\"en-NKJV-29377\" class=\"text Phil-1-15\"><sup class=\"versenum\">15&nbsp;<\/sup>Some indeed preach Christ even from envy and strife, and some also from goodwill: <\/span><span id=\"en-NKJV-29378\" class=\"text Phil-1-16\"><sup class=\"versenum\">16&nbsp;<\/sup>The former preach Christ from selfish ambition, not sincerely, supposing to add affliction to my chains; <\/span><span id=\"en-NKJV-29379\" class=\"text Phil-1-17\"><sup class=\"versenum\">17&nbsp;<\/sup>but the latter out of love, knowing that I am appointed for the defense of the gospel.<\/span><span id=\"en-NKJV-29380\" class=\"text Phil-1-18\"><sup class=\"versenum\">18&nbsp;<\/sup>What then? Only <i>that<\/i> in every way, whether in pretense or in truth, Christ is preached; and in this I rejoice, yes, and will rejoice.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><em><span id=\"en-NKJV-29381\" class=\"text Phil-1-19\">To Live Is Christ<\/span><\/em><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><span class=\"text Phil-1-19\"><sup class=\"versenum\">19&nbsp;<\/sup>For I know that this will turn out for my deliverance through your prayer and the supply of the Spirit of Jesus Christ,&#8230;<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><span style=\"color: #ff9900\"><em><strong>Sunday School:<\/strong><\/em><\/span><br>\n10:00 \u2013 11:00 AM \u2013 in the Parish Hall Lower Level.
