Sending Missionaries – Acts 13:2-3: <\/strong> 2 <\/sup>While they were ministering to the Lord and fasting, the Holy Spirit said, \u201cSet apart for Me Barnabas and Saul for the work to which I have called them.\u201d 3 <\/sup>Then, when they had fasted and prayed and laid their hands on them, they sent them away.<\/p>\n

Acts 14:27:  <\/strong>When they had arrived and gathered the church together, they began<\/em> to report all things that God had done with them and how He had opened a door of faith to the Gentiles.<\/p>\n

1 Pet. 2:5, 9:  <\/strong>5 <\/sup>you also, as living stones, are being built up as a spiritual house for a holy priesthood, to offer up spiritual sacrifices acceptable to God through Jesus Christ. 6 <\/sup>For this<\/em> is contained in Scripture:  \u201cBehold, I lay in Zion a choice stone, a precious corner stone<\/em>, And he who believes in Him will not be disappointed.\u201d 7 <\/sup>This precious value, then, is for you who believe; but for those who disbelieve, \u201cThe stone which the builders rejected, This became the very corner stone<\/em>,\u201d 8 <\/sup>and, \u201cA stone of stumbling and a rock of offense\u201d; for they stumble because they are disobedient to the word, and to this doom<\/em> they were also appointed. 9 <\/sup>But you are a chosen race, a royal priesthood, a holy nation, a people for God\u2019s<\/em> own possession, so that you may proclaim the excellencies of Him who has called you out of darkness into His marvelous light;\u2026<\/p>\n
