\n

25 <\/span>To you, O Lord<\/span>, I lift up my soul.<\/span><\/span>
\n2 <\/span><\/sup>O my God, in you I trust;<\/span>
\nlet me not be put to shame;<\/span><\/span>
\nlet not my enemies exult over me.<\/span><\/span>
\n3 <\/span><\/sup>Indeed, none who wait for you shall be put to shame;<\/span>
\nthey shall be ashamed who are wantonly treacherous.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

4 <\/sup><\/span>Make me to know your ways, O Lord<\/span>;<\/span>
\nteach me your paths.<\/span><\/span>

\n10 <\/span><\/sup>All the paths of the Lord<\/span> are steadfast love and faithfulness,<\/span>
\nfor those who keep his covenant and his testimonies.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

\npardon my guilt, for it is great.<\/span><\/span>
\n12 <\/span><\/sup>Who is the man who fears the Lord<\/span>?<\/span>
\nHim will he instruct in the way that he should choose.<\/span><\/span>
\n13 <\/span><\/sup>His soul shall abide in well-being,<\/span>
\nand his offspring shall inherit the land.<\/span><\/span>
\n14 <\/sup><\/span>The friendship of the Lord<\/span> is for those who fear him,<\/span>
\nand he makes known to them his covenant.<\/span><\/span>
\n15 <\/span><\/sup>My eyes are ever toward the Lord<\/span>,<\/span>
\nfor he will pluck my feet out of the net.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

16 <\/sup><\/span>Turn to me and be gracious to me,<\/span>
\nfor I am lonely and afflicted.<\/span><\/span>
\n17 <\/span><\/sup>The troubles of my heart are enlarged;<\/span>
\nbring me out of my distresses.<\/span><\/span>
\n18 <\/sup><\/span>Consider my affliction and my trouble,<\/span>

Hebrews 8:6-13  (English Standard Version)<\/strong><\/em><\/span><\/p>\n

6 <\/span><\/strong><\/sup>But as it is, Christ has obtained a ministry that is as much more excellent than the old as the covenant he mediates is better, since it is enacted on better promises.<\/span> 7 <\/sup><\/span><\/span><\/strong>For if that first covenant had been faultless, there would have been no occasion to look for a second.<\/span><\/p>\n

8 <\/span><\/strong><\/sup>For he finds fault with them when he says:<\/span><\/p>\n

\n

\u201cBehold, the days are coming, declares the Lord,<\/span>
\nwhen I will establish a new covenant with the house of Israel<\/span><\/span>
\nand with the house of Judah,<\/span><\/span>
\n9 <\/sup>not like the covenant that I made with their fathers<\/span>
\non the day when I took them by the hand to bring them out of the land of Egypt.<\/span><\/span>
\nFor they did not continue in my covenant,<\/span>
\nand so I showed no concern for them, declares the Lord.<\/span><\/span>
\n10 <\/sup>For this is the covenant that I will make with the house of Israel<\/span>
\nafter those days, declares the Lord:<\/span><\/span>
\nI will put my laws into their minds,<\/span>
\nand write them on their hearts,<\/span><\/span>
\nand I will be their God,<\/span>
\nand they shall be my people.<\/span><\/span>
\n11 <\/sup>And they shall not teach, each one his neighbor<\/span>
\nand each one his brother, saying, \u2018Know the Lord,\u2019<\/span><\/span>
\nfor they shall all know me,<\/span>
\nfrom the least of them to the greatest.<\/span><\/span>
\n12 <\/sup>For I will be merciful toward their iniquities,<\/span>
\nand I will remember their sins no more.\u201d<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n

13 <\/span><\/strong><\/sup>In speaking of a new covenant, he makes the first one obsolete. And what is becoming obsolete and growing old is ready to vanish away.<\/span><\/p>\n
