It hurts to lose someone – find help at GriefShare.

GriefShare is a friendly, caring group of people who will walk alongside you through one of life’s most difficult experiences. You don’t have to go through the grieving process alone.

St. Paul’s Evangelical Church extends an invitation to anyone seeking support following the loss of a loved one to join one of our GriefShare seminars.  Our facilitators are caring people who have experienced grief and have successfully rebuilt their lives.  We understand how you feel because we have been in the same place, and we have found the GriefShare ministry to be a life changing experience.  We will soon be offering a new session.  Although you are welcome to come at anytime throughout the 13 week session, pre-registration would be appreciated.  You can pre-register by contacting Facilitator Carolyn Becker at 740-585-2087, Becky Moore at 740-336-5704, or Pastor Joe Vasarhelyi at 740-373-3757.

Sessions will run for 13 weeks on Thursday evenings beginning:

  • When:  Post Covid-19 classes to be announced.
  • Where:  St. Paul’s Evangelical Parish Hall 401 Fifth Street

 What to Expect

GriefShare is a support group that meets weekly. You’ll find it to be a warm, caring environment and will come to see you your group as an “oasis” on your long journey through grief. There are three parts to the GriefShare experience:
  • Video presentations
  • Support group discussions
  • Workbook and journaling
